These are the Terms and Conditions under which I supply my products to you. You may wish to read them before placing an order with me.
This is the business website of Dennis Yeomans. Placing an order with Dennis Yeomans includes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Payments for products purchased from the Dennis Yeomans website are currently processed by Paypal. Other payment processors may also be used. Payment processors will also have their own terms and conditions separate to Dennis Yeomans. If this concerns you, please refer to their terms and conditions.
Goods purchased from the Dennis Yeomans website, with the payment authorised by the payment processor, will be regarded as a legitimate transaction authorised by you.
Goods purchased from the Dennis Yeomans website should not be used for any purpose that is unauthorised, illegal or infringes copyright. Please do not copy any products supplied by Dennis Yeomans; this also includes website content.
Dennis Yeomans reserves the right to not supply or to discontinue the supply of any products.
Dennis Yeomans may need to send your personal details (but NOT credit or debit card information) electronically and unencrypted. An example being if your order is to be sent to you direct from another source other than Dennis Yeomans. To emphasise, Dennis Yeomans does not hold your credit or debit card information.

Dennis Yeomans wants you to be satisfied with the products you purchase but cannot guarantee that they will meet your expectations. Where your expectations are not met, liability is limited to accepting returned goods and refunding the purchase price. Returned goods must be in a resaleable condition.

Dennis Yeomans is not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party sites, so please do not click on any link that you are unsure of.
